ACE Network ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

ACE Network operates the ACE Network mobile application (the "Service"). For privacy questions, contact admin@ace-network.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account info: email address, first and last name, country of residence, date of birth.
• Phone number (optional): collected at sign-up to support account recovery and security-sensitive communications. You may leave it blank.
• Preferences: the football leagues you follow and your favourite club, set during onboarding.
• Authentication: password (stored hashed by our auth provider; we never see the plaintext).

Automatically collected

• Trading activity: every buy/sell transaction you make in the Service, with timestamps, share counts, prices, and resulting cash and holdings balances.
• Push notification tokens: an anonymous device identifier used to deliver match-result and trade notifications.
• Technical info: device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and basic crash diagnostics.

Information from third parties

• Match data: real-world football match schedules, scores, and results from a paid sports-data provider. This data is not personal information.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Provide the Service (authenticate you, run trades, calculate prices, deliver notifications).
• Personalize your experience (your selected leagues, favourite club, viewable history).
• Communicate with you about the Service (account-related emails, match-result notifications you've opted into).
• Improve the Service (debug crashes, understand which features are used).
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services we use

The Service relies on the following third-party processors:

• Supabase (database, authentication, real-time): supabase.com/privacy
• Expo Notifications (push delivery): expo.dev/privacy
• API-Football / api-sports.io (match data — does not receive personal info): api-football.com/privacy
• Sentry (crash reporting — anonymized stack traces, no personal identifiers): sentry.io/privacy
• Mixpanel (product analytics — anonymized identifier and event names only, no email): mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy

When you use the Service, your information may be processed by these providers under their respective privacy practices.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and trading history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (request via admin@ace-network.com), we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise these rights, email admin@ace-network.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@ace-network.com so we can delete it.

8. Push notifications

If you enable push notifications, we will send you in-game alerts (match results that affect your portfolio, trade confirmations). You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or in-app preferences.

9. Data security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (managed by our cloud providers). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (primarily the United States and Europe, where our cloud providers operate). By using the Service you consent to such transfers.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
